Humphrey Ogu is a widely-read poet. A former Acting Secretary of the Rivers State branch of ANA (Association of Nigerian Authors) and a pioneer secretary and co-founder of SeaView Poetry Society, his works have appeared in several literary magazines and on the internet. Ogu has also presented his poems at poetry readings and on the radio. He holds a certificate in creative writing and a degree in English.
