Marjan was born in Southeast Persia (Iran) on October 13, 1985. She studied Mathematics in High School, but chose English Literature as her major in university. Marjan wrote her first short story in Farsi (her mother tongue) when she was only 8 years old. Mastering the English language, she wrote her first poem at the age of 14.
At present, Marjan is a senior at university in Iran, and an A grade one. Marjan has published three volumes of poetry in English, several short stories, and a few novelettes.
Marjan loves literature and believes it is her second religion, and a first rate remedy for the forsaken hearts…..
