Savaira Kawish is from Pakistan. She has a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, which she passed with a Gold Medal. Savaira has previously worked as sub-editor and subsequently as City Editor with one of the leading English language newspapers of Pakistan. Presently, she is working as copy-editor with a private television channel. She also freelances for a weekly newspaper and different web sites.
Savaira has over 400 publications to her credit on various issues, ranging from aviation, child labor, child abuse, poverty, education, tourism, and environment, to women’s issues.
Besides writing, Savaira’s hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking, music, playing puzzle games, and making friends.
